Some more from Tavia…

Hi, I’m Tavia.  My deepest passion is, of course my dogs. My first dog, a little rescue named Tia (also known as Yeti – hence the name!). She was my best friend, partner in crime, inspiration and world. We competed in agility together for 7 years and became champions together. She unfortunately passed away a few years ago and I miss her dearly. Because of Tia, I have dedicated my life to animals, dogs in particular. I can’t thank her enough, she was the inspiration for this little venture. I now have three pups, a crazy Beardie/Border collie cross named Script, a Border Collie named Zen and a Cockerpoo named Lyric; You will notice they sign off on all of my posts – they are my colleagues after all!

I grew up around a whole variety of animals from dogs and cats to chickens and chinchillas; we were known as the local “zoo”. After leaving school I knew that whatever came next, had to involve animals – then more specifically dogs. I studied animal management and then went on to become a qualified canine hydrotherapist, which was an incredible journey and I owe a lot to that. I simply knew I wanted to build my own venture, my own business, where I could have relationships with my own clients and build a little family – doing what I love.
